Manager, Quality and Mission Assurance - Now Hiring
We are seeking a Manager, Quality and Mission Assurance to join our team in Camden, Arkansas.
This Quality Engineering manager role will have the authority and responsibility to effectively communicate and interface daily with Aerojet Rocketdyne (AR) executives, peers, direct reports, customers (internal &a; external) and all organizations within the company. Will be responsible and accountable for applying quality principles, technical knowledge and continuous improvement philosophies. Responsible for leading and directing the Quality Engineering team and for developing and maintaining a Culture of Quality both within his/her team and across the site. In addition, the individual will develop and maintain the site quality engineering strategy for assuring a quality product that meets the customer's requirements at the lowest cost is produced. Must have strong customer skills, and be able to anticipate and manage customer expectations. Some travel to other AR sites may be required. Must have a thorough understanding of budgets, Enterprise Support Plans, metrics and continuous improvement tools within a quality and technical organization.
This position may be filled at this level or one level higher.
Salary:
$17 per hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
